Aspire Artist Academy ("we", "us") operates this student portal to deliver coursework, track your progress, and support your enrollment. This policy explains what information we collect through the portal and how it's used.
Information we collect
- Account details: name, email address, and enrolled program
- Progress data: lessons completed, exercise submissions, and login activity
- Content you submit: links, notes, and files you upload for grading or mentorship
- Communications: mentorship session notes and any messages sent through the portal
How we use it
We use this information to run the program: granting access to your curriculum, grading submissions, scheduling and logging mentorship sessions, sending progress-related emails or texts, and improving the coursework. We do not sell your personal information.
Who can see it
Program staff and mentors can view your progress and submissions in order to support and grade your work. Your submissions and profile are not visible to other students unless you choose to share them in the community space.
Third parties
We use trusted service providers to run the portal, including Supabase (accounts and data storage), Bunny.net (video hosting), and HighLevel (enrollment and outreach communications). Each only receives the data needed to perform its function.
Your choices
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account by contacting hello@aspireartistacademy.com.
Changes
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll post the update here and change the date above.
